Zak is a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant who has been working in healthcare for over 20 years. Growing up in an athletic family, Zak was always drawn to sports and physical activity. He pursued his passion for athletics in college and became a college athlete. Unfortunately, his career as an athlete was cut short due to a career-ending injury. However, the care he received during his recovery inspired him to become a healthcare provider himself so that he could help others improve their quality of life. Throughout his career, Zak has worked in various fields of medicine, including Physical Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Inpatient Medicine, and the pre-hospital setting as a PA. This diverse experience has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, which he utilizes to help his patients achieve their health goals. Zak is passionate about helping patients get out of pain and regain function. He believes in finding and treating the root cause of his patients' symptoms while minimizing medication use. He understands that every patient's situation is unique and strives to provide personalized, holistic care to each of his patients. His goal is to help his patients restore their health and activity levels so that they can lead happy and fulfilling lives. In his free time, Zak enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, traveling, trying new foods, and keeping up with the latest sports news. He believes that a healthy work-life balance is crucial to maintaining good health and happiness, and he encourages his patients to prioritize self-care as well. |
