As a Medical Biller with AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Centers, your work can have Purpose.
You will support our offices & patients by reviewing superbills and provider documentation for accuracy, completion, appropriateness of CPT and diagnosis codes & then entering the charges and submitting claims to the insurance carrier. Duties also include posting and reconciling all EOBs, ERAs and EFTs, researching and resolving all non-response, improperly paid and denied claims in a timely manner & communicating effectively with clinic staff trends you are seeing to ensure everyone has the most recent & accurate information.
In addition to billing tasks you will also assist in miscellaneous office duties including scanning, ordering & distributing supplies, and answering phones.
