Natalie Fahs, PA-C, is a physician assistant at AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Gilbert.
Natalie was born and raised in Telford, Pennsylvania; an hour north of Philadelphia. She attended King’s College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science and her Physician Assistant degree in 1996. She practiced Family medicine for 5 years and then specialized in Otolaryngology/Allergy for 15 years. She was always interested in Physical Medicine and prides herself on living a healthy and active lifestyle. In 2015, Natalie moved to Arizona with her family to pursue her interest in Physical Medicine with AFC Chiropractic. She takes pleasure in helping her patients attain their goals and live a healthier, happier life. Natalie has been happily married for 23 years and has two kids; a 19 year old daughter and a 16 year old son. As a family, they enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, traveling in their spare time. |
