Erica is a proud native of Phoenix, AZ. She graduated with honors from the University of Arizona, earning a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences along with minor degrees in Chemistry and Spanish. She then furthered her education at Midwestern University, where she graduated with her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2014. Having spent her first few years in family practice, Erica shifted and devoted herself to urgent care medicine for the past 6 years. As a Physician Assistant, she finds fulfillment in developing meaningful relationships with patients and positively impacting their well-being through compassionate care. Beyond her professional endeavors, Erica carries a genuine passion for fitness and nutrition. She leads by example, embodying an active and healthy lifestyle herself and actively encouraging her patients to follow suit. Her aim is to empower AFC patients to achieve their health goals and unlock their full potential, harnessing the power of balanced nutrition and physical well-being. Outside of the clinic, Erica enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. She loves traveling and trying new restaurants, swimming and outdoor activities, as well as cheering on the Phoenix Suns and her alma mater, the Arizona Wildcats. With her expertise, warmth, and zest for life, Erica is a shining example of a healthcare professional who goes above and beyond to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
