My goodness. How long have you dealt with it?

How long have I dealt with it? I've dealt with some lower back pain since having my children, so that's a total of about 10 years. but in the last year it's become progressively worse.
Who else did you see to try to relieve your symptoms?

Who else did I see to try to relieve my symptoms? No one really. I mentioned it to the doctors, that it was very important to me to not be on any kind of medication.
How long did it take for you to start feeling better?
Sarah:
How long did it take for me to start feeling better? I would say after the first few visits, I definitely started to feel relief. The pain was still there, but learning different tools in order to help the area and manage the pain was very nice.

How was my overall experience with AFC? Amazing. I will say from my very first visit, I felt an instant connection as far as the care that they felt towards me and my specific situation and the real need for wanting to help and truly get me better. Everybody's been great. Every time you come in, it's always a smile.

Sarah:
Is there anything I would like to add? I would just say that I know over the years I've heard a lot of skepticism over chiropractors and if they truly help, and I will say firsthand they definitely truly do. Just in a few months, I felt more relief than I felt in the last year. And even though the pain may always be there, the relief that I've received is outstanding.
