An Arizona Urgent Care patient couldn’t move his neck, and the pain was unbearable, until he had his neck treated at AFC.
My name is Jeff Calter. I couldn't move my neck. I couldn't move my arm, numbness in my hands. I was just absolutely immobile. I couldn't do my job. I couldn't do anything. I went to Urgent Care, I dealt with it for several weeks, several weeks and Urgent Care would just give me drugs after drugs. They weren't working. Finally, they recommended me to AFC.
How bad was it? Extremely bad. It was on a scale of one to 10, I was at a nine. I was completely incapacitated on my upper right and they just worked miracles for me. I dealt with it for about a month, month and a half until I just couldn't take the pain anymore. Icing and heating and everything else just wasn't working. Urgent Care, everything Urgent Care was trying to do wasn't working. There just had to be something else that was going on. I came to AFC. They looked at me. They took pictures and explained to me what was going on and the best way to attack it, and we did it, went to work. I started feeling better within the first two and a half, three weeks.
My overall experience was absolutely awesome. It was great. I've never been treated any better anywhere, not even by my regular physician, so I would recommend them to anyone.
Well, would I add anything to AFC? I don't have anything to add, I really don't. They were just excellent for me. They've made me feel better, that's what I came here for. I told them what was hurting, they said, "This is why and this is what we're going to do." That's what they did and I just feel absolutely wonderful now, continuing with my therapy.
