Dr. Ramirez was born and raised in North Bergen, New Jersey, before relocating with her family to Chandler, Arizona, in 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and later received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Ramirez worked as a sports-specific performance enhancement coach, helping young athletes between the ages of 10 and 18 improve strength, mobility, and athletic performance. Her passion for chiropractic care grew from a desire to help people beyond exercise and performance. Fascinated by how the body functions and heals, she was drawn to a profession that focuses on restoring balance and supporting the body’s natural ability to recover. Dr. Ramirez specializes in the Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Webster techniques. She’s known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, taking the time to understand what her patients are going through—whether it’s pain, stress, or feeling disconnected from their bodies. Her goal is to help patients find relief, restore function, and regain confidence in their health. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ramirez enjoys strength training, hiking during sunrise or sunset, and taking studio cycling classes. When she’s not staying active, she loves cooking healthy meals and creating floral bouquets—her favorite way to bring a touch of beauty and calm into everyday life. Dr. Ramirez lives in Chandler with her beloved fur baby, Luna Rose, a tiny but spirited companion she adopted while living in Dallas. She’s grateful to once again be close to her family—her holistic-minded parents and two younger siblings, Jesse and Denisse, both graduates of Arizona State University. |
