Reina is an Assyrian Christian born in Baghdad, Iraq but shortly fled to Athens, Greece due to the Gulf War. After living in Greece for three years, her family immigrated to Modesto, California. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2009 with her Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences and has been a PA for approximately 4 years.
Reina decided to become a Physician Assistant to advocate for those who might not have anyone to stand up for them. She also enjoys working in a team oriented environment with many different medical professionals. She prides herself in spending time with each patient to help them reach their short-term and long-term goals. Her favorite part about being a PA is spending time with her patients, getting to know them personally, and watching them achieve their goals.
Reina’s current goal is to receive her Doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with family, go to the gym, and travel.
